This holiday was a total knock out and far exceeded my expectations. Our two guides, Marin and Mila, were fantastic. They are both passionate about: cycling, Croatian history and maintaining the authentic side of Croatia. Both had safety top of their list - even adapting rides for me as I am afraid of heights. The food was great and as much as I enjoyed the cycling - which was my main reason for booking this holiday - I also enjoyed all of the walks and talks on Croatian history. Without doubt I'll be back!

We felt that the tour was very thoughtful and it made the most of what the weather and the islands had to offer. We have done the Sail Croatia tour once before seven years previous to this trip. We traveled with family and friends - everyone had a connection to at least one other person and my sister - the organizer - had done a cruise on the Mali Ante the year before, so certainly all of that familiarity contributed, but the trip was just a wonderful combination of exercise, relaxation, wonderful people, perfect weather and idyllic destinations. I don't remember ever being that relaxed and content.

A comfortable ship crewed by an exceptional team and hosted by lovely knowledgeable hosts. The itinerary with cycling included was and varied and just the right distance and the information provided by our hosts prior to and during the rides was relevant, helpful and interesting. Although we had weather interruptions towards the end of he week, our crew and host did all they could to ensure we still had a fulfilling trip. The food was superb and plentiful prepared by an excellent chef who was a wonderful character and served by a most well mannered and delightful waiter who kept a clean and tidy salon. All crew were friendly, helpful and for whom nothing was any trouble. These are great holidays for meeting and spending time with new people who become friends. This is the second time I have taken a holiday with Sail Croatia and have loved both trips. I would book again in a heart beat if there was an itinerary that gave greater variation from the two trips I have now done.

Our yacht is well maintained, modern, clean and spacious. Hosts, Crews, and guides are friendly polite and knowledgeable. Meals are delicious. Croatia coast sea is calm. Sleep in the yacht is pleasant. No worries for sea sickness. Every night in different towns, different beaches without packing, unpacking and bus around. A truly must have experience.

Bartul and Miranda were the best guides! They did a great job discussing the history and culture of the areas we were biking through. They were charismatic, patient, fun and genuinely interested in everyone on the ship. The itinerary, staff, accommodation and food were all great. The staff were very helpful and accommodating my gluten free diet. Visiting 4 islands was great. The option to have ebikes was good - especially in the heat. The organising of the sailing, where we stopped and the routes we covered on the bikes - were all very well planned out and explained to us every day in detail. The staff were very friendly. Most tourists to the Dalmatian islands most likely never make it past the coast and beaches. Yes, that area is stunning on most every island. But… seeing the interior of the island is equally as beautiful. Stone farmhouses nestled among vineyards and olive trees. Churches, Everyday life for the inhabitants. I am so glad I had the opportunity. But I won’t kid you… while it is beautiful, the hills are challenging! I was not prepared for how hard a 20 mile ride would be! Make sure you reserve an e-bike if you are the least bit uncertain. I would do this tour again. Absolutely. The crew was wonderful, the guides caring and amazing, the food on ship was great, and the ports we visited were everything and more than I expected. Totally worth it and I was sad when it was time to disembark the ship. : (

This was our first cycling trip and everything went smoothly. The ship was clean, the crew professional, and the bikes were excellent Our guides were outstanding. Mila and Marija were not just cycling guides but historians and helpful in every way. We were a group of 32 older folks, 50+ in age and they were able educate us, motivate us when we saw those big hills and narrow winding roads. They offered good suggestions for cafes, little known pieces of information about the villages and kept us all happy and safe. Highly recommend this route too as we got to see the most amazing scenery along the coast.

The 8-day sail and cycle cruise was excellent from beginning to end. All information communication, both on the website and in person, was clear and informative. Our guides, crew, and chef were friendly, fun, and helpful. The food was delicious. For breakfast, we had a great choice of food, and lunch and/or dinner were three courses. The bikes were well-maintained and great to ride. The riding was mostly on the road, with a guide in front and back. The guides were very experienced and safety conscious and made the experience personal. Hope to be returning to do another.

I had an incredible experience on the Emanuel ship during the Split to Dubrovnik cycle tour. The crew were top notch - always willing to answer the many questions the guests had, Very courteous and patient. We were treated so well and we were fed delicious food. The cycling portion was so fun. Our Lead Representative and Bike Tour leader, Dora, was excellent at providing information to us throughout the day regarding the bike routes, the timing of various stops along the way, and other useful information. Her local knowledge was particularly helpful when we were in the various ports. She kept us up to date on any schedule changes so that we were always in the know. Andro was our other Representative and Bike Tour Sub-leader and he was very knowledgeable about Croatian history, sharing information about each island we visited. He was always willing to answer questions from the group and help in any way he could. The boat was very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend.

This was my second leg of a 2 week trip. First of all, I can't thank Captain Ivan for a superb trip! He was very prompt and got us to our destinations with time to spare. The bikes were on and off the boat in 5 minutes and he got the best docking spots! Ivika and Marija were a great team. Every morning, Ivica did a briefing with an interactive map and his #1 concern was that we all were safe and together. The both made sure we saw everything that there was too see! Beyond fabulous! The food was fresh and delicious and the crew were very friendly and helpful. Olga & Paula were very attentive to all the guests and went out of their way to satisfy everyone's needs. The rooms were spacious and spotless. In conclusion, this crew was including guides were an outstanding team and I am doing this again next year for 2 weeks!

Croatia is beautiful,, the guides were great and the boat was very clean. Food was good and there’s plenty of it!! Don’t be put off by the slightly cheaper rooms below deck. They have better sound proofing as some of the ports can be quite noisy.. There was a concert one night on the pier and I didn’t hear it in my cabin. Pack light as there’s not much storage. The cabins below deck could benefit from some extra hooks and shelves. A fantastic trip overall.

The crew on the Mali Luka were the the most gracious bunch of folks. They all worked so hard to make our trip enjoyable and fun! Dora and Anita were our guides. They kept us safe and together. Everywhere we visited on the bikes or by foot, they have us a bit of history about the region. The captain Ivan was a very capable and friendly guy. He got us everywhere we needed to be and was always on time. Olga and Paula were the most hardworking, friendly and courteous woman always ready to help you out with anything you needed. The rides everyday were safe and fun with some elevation. I would recommend this to anyone who likes a little adventure! I'm doing 2 weeks and it's been fantastic

Our Boat, Emanuel, was a top notch boat. It is an older boat that was beautifully restored and had a great crew and Captain. I loved that it was a family run boat and there was a lot of pride in taking are of it. Emanuel was spotless, had a hard working, friendly crew and timely wonderful meals. Our guides were spectacular and very attentive. I loved riding my e-bike daily through the beautiful islands of the Adriatic Sea. Our guide was very clear each day about the length and difficulty of the rides. I felt so comfortable that it was hard to leave. All in all, it was one of my favorite trips. Thank you Emanual!!

The daily cycling routes through the beautiful Croatian islands and countrysides were incredible. Sailing to each island was a relaxing and wonderful experience. The weather was beautiful and perfect for cycling. Meeting so many amazing and interesting people (both guests and crew) made for a wonderful experience too. There is no shortage of chef prepared food both on the ship and at any of the port of calls. It is possible to gain weight on a cycling tour! Our guides Karolina and Mila are a dynamic duo! Karolina is dedicated and professional and made certain that we were safe and understood our plans for the day. Mila was a fountain of information at each stop or historical sight. All in all a fantastic trip where you will make some new friends, some of whom will be friends for life.

My husband, siblings and I went on a sailing biking cruise to celebrate. We all bike ride at different riding abilities, and, prior to the trip, some of us were wondering about whether or not we could keep up with our fittest siblings and their spouses. Happy to say that with the option of riding the e-bikes, we all did well! Having a bike ride every day kept me feeling healthy during my vacation. The ship food was good, their coffee, excellent, and I liked not having to spend an additional 30 Euros to cover the cost of breakfast and lunch each day. During the cocktail and dinner hour, we were able to explore the villages and try the local food which was delicious! In terms of learning about a new part of the world, I had never considered visiting a country by bike. After riding through the small Croatian villages and mountains and having leisure time to explore the port towns and cities, I feel I know Croatia more intimately than I do other places I have visited!

Beautiful biking routes through historic villages, olive groves, and pastural hillsides, to amazing viewpoints. Gorgeous views of the Adriatic Sea with its azure blue water, cliffs, and sea life. Lovely beaches, cafes, art exhibitions, wine tasing, and amazing meals both onboard, and in the towns. Outstanding service from the crew, the guides, and the island hosts. The comraderie of the cyclists was a highlight. So much fun! Probably one of our best holidays ever.

This is an excellent way to see Croatia. We enjoyed a stunning boat that catered to our every want/need. The crew was exceptional, food spectacular and the accomodations were excellent. The entire crew was focused on making this a memorable crusie along with the opportunity to see so many sights and experience what Croatia has to offer. The biking tour was excellent. As an avid cyclist you can get to experience some new challenges with incredible scenery. The small number of people on board made it easy to make friends from all parts of the world. Mt wife and I enjoyed our cycling trip from Dubrovnik to Split. The boat crew and Sail Croatia team were very accommodating and the sites we visited were splendid. My only complaint was my wife and I asked for a twin bed but were given two singles when one of the Sail Croatia guides had a room to himself in a double bed. That was not right. Other than that the trip was a wonderful experience.

The beauty of the Croatian islands and the extreme clarity of the surrounding waters are well-known. What made this holiday so outstanding was the easy access it provided to all this beauty. We were taken to such perfect locations, enabled to swim in the stunning blue depths of the open sea, handed great bikes to explore with and guided to all the ‘best bits’. Our bike guide Marin was extraordinarily knowledgeable and passionate about the history and environment and the sail Croatia agent Lola was competent, calm and friendly, My only wish would be for a similar experience to be available for solo travellers.

Both Marin and Lola shared information about the history, culture and sites at each island, including recommendations for wonderful restaurants. The captain and crew of the Emmanuel also took great care of us.
