Helle and Grant Seuren are the proud co-founders of Sail Croatia, a company born from their shared passion for travel and the sea. Helle, from Denmark, and Grant, from New Zealand, met during their travels in Australia and quickly discovered their mutual love for adventure and exploration.

In 2005, they combined their unique backgrounds and experiences to establish Sail Croatia in the UK. Today, Sail Croatia is a globally focused business that has been successfully operating in Croatia for many years. With a commitment to exceptional customer service, our dedicated team is spread across the UK, Croatia, Greece, and Australia, ensuring that each journey is a memorable experience.

Together, Helle and Grant continue to lead Sail Croatia with a vision that embraces authenticity, adventure, and a deep respect for the sea.

The family connection doesn’t stop with Sail Croatia’s founders. We strongly believe in investing in locally-run business partnerships. As such, each of the ships we charter is family-owned and operated. This is important as it is a direct investment back into these communities and provides customers with an authentic experience onboard our ships.

For many years we have focused on quality driven through customer feedback. Using today’s technology we feed back directly from you, our customers, to our team, captains, crew, operations and management. We believe in education and training and have worked to deliver high quality service standards, underpinned by work with ABTA, British Safety Council and IOSH to become industry leaders in Travel Management and Health and Safety.

In 2016, Sail Croatia founded non-profit initiative, Green Sail. Green Sail supports actions that lead to the development of sustainable tourism, focusing on environmentally conscious practices, education, recycling and prevention. In 2019, we committed to tackling specific sustainability goals onboard our ships, and aim to raise awareness on sustainability issues through our customer base.
