The crew was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. We were kept informed on a daily meeting about changes and weather situations concerning our travels. V our guide was great, suggesting restaurants and other things about the Croatia people. I would choose to do this trip again. It was a vacation of a lifetime! Most people were not happy that coffee couldn't be have after 9:00 am.

Staff was great. Especially Klara and Pamela. We enjoyed the swim stops and island stops. The meals were so so too much fish for my liking. They’ve in our room didn’t work for 1/2 the week. The tours were great, Capains dinner/dance and wine tours as well I would include gratuity in the price and/or arrange for credit card payments for on board liquor purchases for some people I spoke to were surprised they needed so much euros at the end of the trip which may have an effect on gratuity’s We would highly recommend Sail Croatia to anyone that asks us

Great crew all round. Extremely professional and courteous. Very high standards of comfort and cleanliness. Very professional Tour guide , perfect touch and interaction with all passengers. Only complaint is breakfast is too early to close at 9.00am, also it was a direct shut down at that time. Even at 9.o5 am the coffee and tea was closed, leaving the only option was to purchase. Tea and coffee. That station should be available all day subject to cruising condition.

We reserved a few years ago but then the COVID Pandemic landed. We had to cancel and Sail Croatia were so great to deal with. A full refund no hassle. We rebooked six months ago and just returned home. We were on the ESperanza Dubrovnik return. Boarding was easy. We met with Mia the cruise director. Such a lovely warm kind person. She was so organised . We got great information and recommendations where to go when ashore. The food was very good . Anna and Antonio were our servers and bar tenders. Nothing was too much trouble to them. The weather was not the best but the captain and the sailors had to rearrange the itinerary to avoid the rough seas at times. We felt safe at all times and managed swim stops in secluded bays every day. Overall we loved it. We made new friends who we will keep in contact with. Two small areas that could improve. The hairdryer in the room wasn't great so I'm told. Also the ladders for getting back onboard after swimming need to be longer. Excellent.

Our tour/customer representative, Barbra, was great. The islands were good with a couple of things. We didn't get to explore Vis much since we stayed korcula.. Korcula was great. We stayed in Mijet which was not worth the stop. As for the food. Breakfast was good but could have had more options instead of eggs. Lunch was over the top each day. The food was good. The night before and the day of decorating, we felt rushed off the boat. We had to be off by 9am. Jacuzzi was emptied the night before and could not be used. Did not understand why decorating time could not have been around 11.. The staff was great and the swim stops we a pleasure.

On arrival we were greeted by Ioana who welcomed us in a very professional and courteous manner. The ship Olimp was amazing. Very modern and clean. The crew were equally professional and a special mention must go to our housekeeper. She was the BEST. Our cabin was always cleaned with fresh towels which made our experience even more enjoyable knowing that everything was clean. Ioana who was in charge of cruise went over and above to ensure everything was perfect for all the guests on board. She was a true professional and I cannot thank her enough for making our cruise so very special and memorable. Thank you!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience sailing on Olimp. Beautiful vessel with everything being first class. Couple of minor things they could improve the experience with but overall wonderful. Excellent food, beautiful clean cabins, excellent staff/crew and stopped in fantastic swimming locations.

Overall the trip was excellent. However if you look into the fine details then you can find major issues. For example tipping policy is terrible ad should be scrapped. Company say one figure staff say a different figure and service you receive is not worth either amount. Some staff’s appearance could improve especially first thing in the morning at breakfast. Sail Croatia and crew of Jelena, have forgotten who the customer is, in respect of, a customer works hard to save money to go on holiday and we are all suffering with cost of living being expensive no different to the crew. Excellent on the face but poor in detail

What we liked about Sail Croatia: The boat was beautiful and the staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the overnight stays, and the optional UNESCO dinner. What we did not like about Sail Croatia:: The hot tub was not hot, lukewarm at best. Meals choices were limited if you did not like the day’s meals you were out of luck as there were no other choice. No activities or music on board other than a swim stop (weather permitting). The included traditional dinner venue was nice but the food was too bland for our taste. The bar staff charged our account for a bottle of wine and several drinks that we did not order. They need a better accounting system for the onboard liquor. This cruise is better suited for people who want it quiet and with minimum people. For people who enjoy lounging in the sun reading books as there is little else to do when you are onboard. This type of cruise is not for us.

Sail Croatia is a customer oriented company and we are glad we sailed with them. The ports we visited were fantastic. The ability to select from a number of organized tours at each port or just do your own thing was much appreciated. Croatia is a beautiful country and we felt safe and welcomed everywhere we went. However, there are a few things you should consider. You don’t get to most ports until mid afternoon each day so might have less exploration time than you anticipated. The breakfast selections were great but lunches and dinners are at set times and set menus. We loved it but be aware you get what they serve. Our lower level room was very nice, but it was only serviced a couple times in the whole week and twice we had to ask for things like toilet paper, garbage to be emptied and dry towels. Oddly enough other rooms had the same issues while others were tended to daily which was weird. No idea why the discrepancy, but the final assessment is we had fun and would do it again.

After four weeks of independent traveling through major cities, the pace of the seven day cruise was very welcome and needed. The daily routine of a generous buffet breakfast, relaxing on the deck before a swim and then a three course lunch before departing for shore for the afternoon, was very pleasant in the beautiful weather we had. The cruise offered a glimpse of the beautiful cities and islands Croatia has to offer, which I would now like to explore further. We had two evening meals and a lavish wine and cheese night on board too. Daily activities are offered at an extra cost, with some requiring minimum numbers to go ahead. Most people on our cruise were retired or nearing retirement and shared many common interests, (particularly travel) which created a great atmosphere. Staff were terrific.

The boat was modern and comfortable. The meals were excellent most of the time. The crew was courteous and helpful. V was informative and entertaining. My suggestions would be that Sail Croatia should model their cruises after Viking. Include a drink package and include the daily excursions in the initial price. It would make the cruise more carefree, more relaxed and enjoyable.

Great staff, beautiful boat. Our cabin was unusually small compared to others on our cruise - even single person cabins were significantly larger, notably the shower. Cabins need more hooks or places to dry things. Food on the cruise was great - though breakfast could have had more variety. Itinerary took us to fantastic locations. Wish we could have spent more time exploring the locales on our own. Our cruise director Mia was spectacular! The two group events on the boat needed some help. The cocktail hour on the top deck was lit with horrible emergency lighting and not conducive to a party atmosphere. The captain's dinner concept was nice, but we would have preferred to eat in a local village restaurant, The entertainment at the captain's dinner was clearly skewed to an older audience and half the room left before the music was finished. But overall we really enjoyed our experience.

We loved our trip with Sail Croatia on the Olimp. Wonderful ports, beautiful swim stops, lovely food, pleasant hard working staff. However, our trip was spoilt but poor communication prior to us leaving home as we did not know that all payments once on board were to be in cash. For a cruise of this luxury status, we find this unbelievable, but prior knowledge would have enabled us to better prepared and not worry every day about what we were spending.

The ship was very nicely appointed. It was clean and comfortable. The cruise destinations were all very special and memorable. I really enjoyed my time with Sail Croatia. Our tour guide, Mia, was excellent. Pamela and Toemo stood out amongst the crew. They worked diligently and were very pleasant. There were a few areas of opportunity for improvement. The crew (Sailors) could have been much more friendlier. A simple smile and hello when passing guest would make a big difference. They would not even acknowledge you. The food presentation and service was very good. The food quality and taste needs a lot of improvement. The food was either very bland (no flavor) or very salty. The desserts were good, but the meals (lunches/dinner) were not. The coffee on the boat was terrible! This is such a simple offering that goes a long way. It was instant coffee and it was only offered until noon everyday. Thank you

The concept is great. The ports we visited were fantastic. I loved the swimming each day and we were very fortunate to have an awesome group on board. The group would mean the difference between a good time and an awesome time. We were lucky. I did find the breakfasts a little tedious with the same items served up every day with almost no variety. The cabins were clean, but the curtains need to be upgraded to block out light. Having a cabin directly under the dining room meant we could hear every chair movement after each meal with the staff cleaning the floors. Ivana the cruise director was sensational. She made the adventure fun. Aside from the few recommendations it was a fun trip,

We though sail Croatia was good value for money but later found better boats for way cheaper. Disappointed in the service, cleanliness and food . Room floor was not washed once, luckily small and washed ourself. , The shower not cleaned once. Had to ask to change the linen, when we were informed that it will be changed on the Wednesday. It was eventually done on Thursday. Food quality of an old age home. Asked for double bed slept on two single beds. Later found that owner of ship children work on the boat. Thats maybe why! Stops on islands was however amazing and Boris / tour operator working for the boat was very helpful and assisting us with places to visit and Restaurants suggestions on the islands. The boat was way more expensive that a big cruise liner and does not justify the cost of this small boat travelling. When we got of the boat there was no farewell greeting by the staff or someone helping with the luggage. 😪😢.

It was a great 7 days on the Queen Jelena and the schedule saw us visit fantastic islands from Split to Dubrovnik. We had a great crowd of people on our trip, and swim stops were amazing. Cabin was better than we anticipated. Food was bland and lacking vegetables and salads of any kind, soup on a 35 degree day is not ideal. There is an opportunity in this area. Our tour guide was pretty absent, apart from his lunch time speech, although he was humorous. Would recommend doing this trip.

Calm sea, daily swim off back of boat, perfect passenger numbers 38 in 19 cabins, getting to see a new Croatian island every day, fantastic sea water temperature - easy to stay in water for an hour, fantastic scenery and sightseeing particularly in the older areas of Split, Dubrovnik and Korcula, visit to Blue Cave in Viz, watching/dancing at the battle of the bands (Beatles v Rolling Stones), Captain’s Dinner & live music. excellent quality of food & staff, impressive cabins with excellent shower, fantastic group of passengers of similar age

A laid back experience combined with a beautiful boat and excellent service from the crew. Cabins were spacious compared to some larger cruise experiences we have had and the food was excellent. Will definitely think about another cruise with Sail Croatia.

The collection from the airport on arrival was somewhat disorganised - but we were dropped off at our hotel eventually. Unfortunately, on the 5th day, my wife and I were violently sick along with several others on the boat at the same time. The tour manager thought it must be a bug as they had a similar problem the previous week, however, as 8 people came down at the same time, we felt it was possibly food poisoning. Unfortunately it ruined the holiday and made our journey home quite difficult. We were told that breakfast on the day of departure would be starting at 7am, but none was available by 7:20am when we left for our bus to the airport. We were hoping for some toast.

Amazing sea coastal island sceneries cruising on a luxury Yatch. Great sunrise each morning, and will remember for ever my Turkish cafe. The best daily swim in theses clear Dalmatian waters with a captain who found great quite safe water spot paradise for us. A fantastic cruise team on board on this week in particular, top front house waiters, doing their best, and always pleasant with the guests..amazing guys Great adventure expedition journey in each town well organized and explained by Slavran. Love his character, and passion for his country Croatia. About the chef, and his delivery product, a very poor results, and a no interest in what he does. The breakfast buffet were fine, and sorry but the lunch menu and food were a shame in relation to the image and the service that your company want to achieve. That would be the issue that you need to work on it. Simple fresh food with care , attention, balance of the menu, and a touch of imagination, this is what the people like.

Compared to recent cruises in the region, the food quality and choice offered was poor and repetitive. Bar closed too early in the evening. Pillows in the room were substandard and uncomfortable. Often had bad drain smell in cabin. The Tour Guide, Stjephan, was outstanding and the rest of the crew very good.

Our guide, Stefan, was excellent and did his best to make it a great experience - even if we had some very bad weather at the beginning. The boat and the crew were fine and the service excellent. We think there could be more attention paid to safety - a clearer set of instructions what to do in case of emergency and a member of the crew on duty 24 hours per day. The food was fine but at some points they ran out of salad bar and fruit salad. There should MORE than enough of everything like that.

Overall we enjoyed our time on the beautiful Queen Jelena. We unfortunately missed out on 2 of the islands due to weather and whilst we understand you can not control the weather we feel a small compensation (another dinner on the boat, free tab for the day etc) could have been offered, as the ship would have saved significant amounts of money by NOT sailing.

The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to make the cruise a great experience. As an example, a guest suffered a family tragedy; and within minutes the staff was already coordinating arrangements for her to get to her family. Our only complaint is that they weren't able to modify the agenda to accommodate weather conditions unsuitable for swimming. We spent a lot of dead time waiting for an afternoon docking slot because the weather wasn't suitable for swimming at the selected swimming locations.

I would like to suggest that you don’t start your cruise season while the islands are still closed and not much open. The bar staff should also understand how to make drinks if have them on the list of drinks. May yea and coffee should be free all day ( not a big cost to you )We had a good cruise besides these minor things.

The passenger coordinator, Ioana, was amazing - great communication regarding what was ahead and very responsive to any passenger needs. There was food aplenty; we joked about getting three dinners every day. Best of all were the stops - every island is rich in history and allowed for easy access to the key sites. I wish we had more time at each stop so maybe next time I'll book a longer cruise.
