Our guides Miranda and Tonia were the best! They were encouraging and helpful and knowledgeable! The boat was nice however I might mention a few things they could improve. Be more transparent about pricing of drinks. Choices of breakfast food could be better. Like more fruit and better toaster. Squeegee for showers to help with humidity in the rooms. Better WiFi in rooms. The ports were amazing and captain was great at parking the boat! I love Croatia and the people who live there are friendly and kind! We will be back!

Once on board the very comfortable boat, we were well looked after by delightful guides, good chefs, bar staff and boat crew. Good quality e-bikes, excellent guiding around five beautiful Croatian islands, the crew having to adjust the itinerary due to the weather conditions. The other passengers were similar ages to us, loved cycling and the exploring of new places so there were plenty of common interests.

Loved the combination of seeing the islands by land and sea. The biking through the country side on each island was beautiful and so much fun, loved our e-bikes. We had amazing tour guides and boat crew! Unfortunately we had a couple of days of bad weather, but the crew and guides were quick to adjust our course and itinerary to avoid this as best they could and everything turned out great. Thank you! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the sail/cycle cruise immensely and would do it again in a heartbeat if I had the opportunity. Our tour guides, Lola and Dora, were the very best we could have hoped for. They went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable, especially as we had to change the planned itinerary due to the weather. I can't speak highly enough of them, and the crew on our boat 'Columbia' from 14 to 21 September. Thank you!

The whole schedule felt very rushed. Once we reached each island we invariably had very little time to enjoy the destination of our cycle ride - which at times was quite arduous especially for those without e-bikes - before returning to the boat for lunch. The food provided was generally poor with limited fruit available at breakfast and no means of keeping the hot food hot for anyone who didn’t arrive at breakfast promptly at the start. The three course meal served at lunchtime with a hot main seemed totally inappropriate when a more relaxed cold buffet would have been preferred by most on board. Sometimes we were given no time to explore particular port as we had to cycle to the other side of the island to meet the boat in time for lunch and there were no impromptu swim stops off the boat as shown in your videos. On the whole I did really enjoy the week - the crew and guides were excellent although a little more flexibility from the captain would have been appreciated.

This September has been unusually challenging weather-wise, and our team worked hard to adapt routes to ensure we could still deliver a great cycling experience. We are sorry that due to the unusually poor weather conditions, swim stops were not possible and that at times, you felt the schedule was rushed. Regarding food provided onboard, our chefs aim to provide a variety of meals using fresh, local produce, and we have found with the small kitchen space onboard the 3 courses work best and produce less food waste than lunch buffets. We generally receive high ratings for our onboard meals - with a score of 4.64 out of 5 throughout the entire 2024 season on our Premier Ships. We do however appreciate all of your feedback which has been passed on to the relevant teams so we can continue to improve our services. Travelled with a group of 12. Overall a great experience,. Although, we all felt rushed when riding , I can appreciate that when on a boat there are things we don’t know that may cause the riding time to be rushed, like having to deal with weather and docking times. These things should be taken in to consideration when choosing routes and times of riding. More time for sightseeing and swimming would have made my experience a lot better. The crew and guides did an amazing job. Would definitely refer friends to Sail Croatia.

The trip exceeded my expectations in some respects - we had the most wonderful crew who went out of their way to navigate around bad weather to ensure we could continue to cycle. They went beyond their call of duty. The aspects I believe could have been better in particular, is the food. The offering is tremendous in quantity but lacks sophistication and creativity. I was looking forward to having a Mediterranean experience but if fell short. Why serve mostly apples and bananas when figs and grapes were in season and readily available. The coffee machine was not working, and no cappuccinos was on offer but rather just brewed coffee. I trust that effort in this area could go a long way to improve the overall experience. All in all, it was an enjoyable trip in a wonderful country with exquisite crew members.

The Guides were great. friendly, helpful, knowledgable. The islands were stunning. However, the boat was only standard. The food was quite basic. The cabin was very cramped, the bathroom smelled bad and the bed sheets were a problem. Two single sheets on a double bed! We were in a tangle all night. A double sheet or duvet would have been much better.

Princess Diana is a roomy well maintained boat with warm wood and attentive crew. Andro and Karla helped us explore the history and beauty of the Dalmatian Coast and islands. The recommendations to use e-bikes made the hills easier and attainable. We thoroughly enjoyed this Croatian get away with Sail Croatia.

The so called premier ship was nothing like, much smaller than expected, the cabins were small and several needed attention. However the Captain and crew were very good at their job with boat and passenger safety spot on. They were all very friendly and helpful, with the male crew having to man handle over 30 bikes on and off the boat at every port, well done them. The cycle tours were rather disappointing as there were over 30 cyclist of varying ability, the front runners would be way ahead leaving the slower ones way behind. Not enough stops to enjoy the wonderful scenery and a chance for photos, ☹️ 25.00€, in cash, per person to enter the Mljet National Park, bit steep to cycle around the lakes, no stops to enjoy! Cycle guides would stop and give a little talk about the history of which ever island we were on. The food on the boat was OK but far too much at lunch time, so lots of waste, shame. The weather was not the best but that is not a fault! ⛈️ It was an experience for sure!

We loved the bicycle part of the trip and the beautiful stops at night. Some of our itinerary changed due to bad weather and port issues, but the crew and guides worked to make it a good experience, and it was.. However guests got seasick. My only problem was caused by jumping into the water from the top of the boat, and that was due to my poor judgment. Swimming in the sea was fun!

More info ahead of time about boarding place and process. Better communication about the agenda, activities etc. Maybe a "white board" with cycling distances, times, degree of difficulty, planned stops etc. Also, more info ahead for non cyclists and which stops we were having dinner on our own. Announcements were not made ahead of time and were difficult to hear with engines running. More time to explore port towns. Especially Brac....no time after the ride to see the port. Food and crew were fantastic. Trip was fantastic and the rides were great

Landscape and surroundings were wonderful. Bicycle trips were very nice - I only regret having more time to take photos on the way. Staff on board were helpful and charming. And the best part:: getting to know and make friends with other international guests were fantastic!

Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend! A few suggestions/tips: - We realize that it’s challenging to prepare food on a boat and to meet different preferences. We would suggest having at least some lunch buffets, where people could choose (e.g., salads, sandwiches) instead of 3-course meals. A buffet would be quicker and enable people to sit on the desk rather than the often very hot and stuffy dining room. - The food was often very heavy (fried meats, limited vegetables/salads). If guests were warned about this, they could request vegetarian or other accommodations. - We were not allowed to bring food on board so snacks should be available (free or not). There was fruit but nothing else and often we were unable to leave the boat. We were often quite hungry after the ride but had to wait to eat. - It would be helpful if the trip leader provided information about the towns further in advance than the afternoon that we arrived so there would be enough time to plan.

Loved the islands and the sea was amazing. Our trip, in August, made for really hot biking but great swimming. The tour ran like a clockwork schedule. The right mix of hard work and down time. Our bike guide could have been a bit more personable. Food was great bur so much was a bit overwhelming. Because boats were anchored together with other boats overnight loud passengers crossing in and out often disturbed our sleep late into the night. A sign for "Quiet hours after 10pm" would have been great. Our room was very comfortable but more hooks on the walls are needed. Our stewardesses, Paula and Olga and our tour coordinator Mila were great as were the whole crew.

It was a lovely trip through the Dalmatian Islands, the cycling was challenging yet worthy, but I do think the bar prices on the boat could have been more competitive. We found ourselves preferring to be gathered in a bar or restaurant when we’d have rathered stay on board and have a drink on the top deck, etc. the dining room was often stiflingly hot, the AC may have been a good idea on some of the particularly hot days. The crew and staff were great, very efficient, and overall this was the best way to see this gorgeous country. Thank you!!

Booking system, we booked 6 mths in advanced, requested an above cabin but was told none available, several passengers got above cabin and only booked weeks in advance. Also check the actual names on the booking, we were husband and wife, they thought 2 females so got single beds! Food - very basic, military/camp style. Lots of hearty foods for colder weather, minimal salads or fresh foods, it was summer! It doesn't take much to be creative and add some flare to the meals - fresh herbs, chopped fresh fruit not tinned fruit salad!!!!! Cocktails - needs attention to detail - use proper cocktail glasses, get the fruit and decorations, make it an experience we want to repeat. Also very costly, if cheaper with flare more would have been bought. Option for more group activities, especially in the evenings. Offer group dinner on the last night. I'm sure there are plenty of restaurants in Split that would welcome a group of 30+ or you have a business relationship with that could offer this.

We apologize for the mix-up regarding the genders of your travelling party. We will ensure that our team is more attentive to such details to avoid similar situations. This however had no bearing regarding the bed type in your cabin as any particular bedding needs to be requested to us as a preference. I have checked our correspondence with yourself and I was unable to locate any double bed preference advised to our sales team. We appreciate your feedback on the food selection. Our aim is to provide meals that cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary needs, but we understand that in summer, guests may prefer lighter options. We do appreciate your suggestions for more group activities, particularly in the evenings, and the idea of a group dinner on the final night is fantastic. Overall I was quite satisfied with our boat, including our cabin. The crew members were friendly and helpful as were the leaders of the cycling trips. who did an amazing job, both on land and on sea. Areas where I would like to see improvement include having a Keurg in the dining area where it would be possible to get a cup of coffee earlier than a half hour before breakfast. Provide the cooked breakfast food hot. Lighter entrees with local seasonings would improve lunch entrees. A glass of wine served with the Captain's Dinner would be appropriate. Name tags for all should be provided and worn at least early in the trip. Include the day, Monday, Tuesday, etc., along with the name of the Island and towns where there will be stops. I hope my suggestions are helpful.

Love the exploration of islands and cycling off a boat . The crew and tour guides Marija and Mila were wonderful as was Andre, the server. They need a battery microphone so guests can hear as the engine was constantly running and it was so difficult to hear. Suggestion : 3 dinner meals and 3 lunch meals , alternate so we would not always be dependent on getting back for lunch instead eat at swim areas on beach without the rush and very early morning breakfasts . Suggest lighter lunches , salads fruit fish …and fresh bread in the mornings with Greek yogurt . Food was very good but too filling . Less food, higher standard . Soups in the heat ? Big salads more appreciated . Suggest eggs be cooked while people sit instead of cold overcooked eggs Also a better way to connect with guests we need name tags… very awkward trying to remember people’s names .

The boat was very comfortable, the crew were excellent, the food was plentiful, the bikes were well organized and worked well. The rides were good with some challenges. We would of liked to have opportunities to take some more pictures of the country side and some pretty villages. The itinerary was obviously limited by the boats schedule in the harbors by the ports authorities. We really enjoyed the time on board.

We fully enjoyed our experience with Sail Croatia. The Princeza Diana is a beautiful, spacious ship and the staff were fantastic. Our tour guides Ivica and Tonka kept us very well informed. They were fully engaged with the guests ensuring everyone had a fabulous experience. We were glad we opted for e-bikes. It allowed us to ride easy and soak up the incredible scenery. The guests were a very special group of people. We made many new friends we hope to see again. We highly recommend Sail Croatia for your next vacation adventure.

Guides were very good and friendly. Cycling was a great way to se the islands. Group got along very well. Rooms were small. Allocation of rooms did not seem fair with single getting a bigger room than a couple, without paying a supplement. But enjoyed the experience very much.

The cruise is well planned with suitable amount of sight, cycling and sailing. It was of course a pity that due to the weather conditions we couldn’t go to all planned destinations, but all in all the islands and the coastline are incredibly beautiful and we can’t be sorry about the changes made. Food is very good and there is plenty of it! Fresh drinking water is served all the time and the drinks were reasonably priced as well. The cabins are small, but adequate for a week. The best part was the people we traveled with <3. We had the great time and experience and could recommend this to anyone willing to cycle and see more quiet places of Adriatic islands.

seeing all the beautiful sights of Croatia was amazing and the ebike made it all possible. I would have loved a little book/hand out of our bike paths and information about the culture in each area-It's not easy to remember everything the guides tell us. The room did smell a bit which was unpleasant and I wish we could've opened the windows. I wish we had more leisure time to explore the little towns. I loved the free coffee drinks on board and the staff was great. Loved having this experience staying on a beautiful boat- thank you!

I really enjoyed the Sail Croatia cycling cruise. Andrej and Andro did an amazing job taking us for our cycling tour on each island we stopped at. They shared excellent information and history of each place we visited and having an e-bike made the cycling more enjoyable. The staff on the boat were friendly too. The only complaint I have is regarding the food. I was expecting a higher standard of meal and more variety of vegetables and different meats. There were a lot of fish meals. Sometimes the options for breakfast ran out before everyone had the chance to have some. This could be a particular flavour yoghurt or chocolate croissants. Towards the end of the week, black teabags ran out and were not replenished. This meant we went without. This was particularly disappointing as the cost to buy more would have been minimal. Apart from this, we all had a wonderful adventure.

We enjoyed our cycle-sail experience on Colombo, it was an interesting cruise with relatively easy cycling on e-bikes. Nothing too arduous but a feeling of tiredness at the end of most days. The crew worked hard and the captain keeps a tidy, organised ship. We loved the guide’s knowledge - Marin and Mila had so much Croatian history to share, it was awesome. Tips for improvement: many of the crew smoked which wasn’t an issue until early mornings when the cigarette smoke wafted into our cabin and woke us up (sometimes as early as 5:30am)! The cabins could do with some maintenance on Colombo - leaking showers, freezing cold AC that blow’s directly on the beds.

The staff were fantastic, we had wonderful weather and our room was better than expected. Andro and Andrej were fantastic, fun and informative guides. Cannot fault them at all. What was disappointing was the meals deteriorated as we got close to the end. We ran out of black tea bags 2 days before the end. Last night was a real fizzer, as we wanted to party with everyone, but we’re not allowed to play any music.

If I were to ever use Sail Croatia again, I would not confirm a booking until they confirm their boat. The boat accommodations, and the food were mediocre at best.

The main feature of enjoying a venture like this one is the efficiency of the staff. They were first rate. From the crew, kitchen and food prep. ladies, waiters and guides they always went above and beyond. Four stars instead of five is due to some maintenance around the boat. My understanding is that the issues are dealt with in the off season. (bathrooms-floors were always wet. Portholes could not be opened.). It wasn't a game changer. We would go back.
