Our group of six experienced an amazing week of beautiful scenery and wonderful people. We had 26 other tourists from six countries, and we all enjoyed each other's company. The tour guides -- Miranda and Tonka -- made it all happen. From the start, they encouraged mingling. They challenged us with the rides, and they engaged us with their stories. Super memorable trip. Ivice and Anita did a fantastic job planning our cycling activities, telling us about the various towns and their highlights, and providing considerable assistance with restaurants, additional experiences, and answering innumerable questions. They were SO customer focused and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The ship's crew was similarly helpful - from Captain Ivan's thoughtful route updates to keep us in good weather to Paola's friendly service in the galley/bar and Olga's attention to detail in keeping our cabins clean and comfy. The meals were tasty and nutritious, and the e-bikes were new and very effective at assisting us up the sometimes steep inclines. This was a great way to see the Croatian islands - highly recommend!

Not only was the location - scenery, natural beauty, food etc. - memorable, the way the biking tours were planned and the exceptional guides - Ivica and Anita - were a major part of this amazing trip. I can’t say enough about the friendliness and the warmth both demonstrated. It’s line all of us made new friends. They were an integral part of the fun we had. I wouldn’t mind doing the trip over again but only with these 2.

Marin and Mila were great guides on all of the rides. The food was very good, and the captain and crew did a great job. I would very much look forward to going on a future bike and sail cruise.

Cycling is a fantastic way to see the beautiful scenery of the Croatian coast and islands. E-bikes make it easy and being based on a boat means you don't have to re-pack every night. The crew were fantastic; cheerful and helpful at all times. Our fellow passengers were also great - I guess self selecting for an activity based trip. Our cabin was small but clean and comfortable - with a bit of engine noise in the bottom of the boat. Food on the boat was plentiful and fresh, if a little basic. We loved the trip and are trying to decide which route to do next.

Put Sail-Cycle Croatia on your must do bucket list. One of the best holidays imagineable if you enjoy stunning aquamarine water, breathtaking island scenery and great food & wine... with some exercise (ebiking) adventures thrown in. To be at a beautiful Croatian port, on the Adriatic sea in the morning and not allowed to have any type of coffee on the ship till 7:30 is a sad fact.

A great adventure with a great on board crew and cycle leaders. Cycling was challenging and scenery was fantastic. A couple of small things that could have made the trip even better. Cabins - they are small as expected and it would have helped to have lots of hooks on the walls to hang clothing on. Shower curtains were too short which meant there was water all over the bathroom floor after showering. Biking - My wife's bike broke down twice and there did not seem to be a good backup plan in place for replacement or repair while out cycling. The group was split up once and half the group went the wrong direction at an intersection. Still a great trip and it deserves a 5 star rating.

Lots of great people on this trip including two great guides and the ships crew. The biking was challenging and fun though 32 people are rather a lot to organize. The boat was not as good as we hoped, but probably our fault as we thought we had gone premium plus rather than premium. Cabins were very small and the food was OK but not great.

We began every morning at 7 for breakfast. By 8:15 the bikes were waiting for us on the dock beside our boat. We rode through fabulous scenery, mountains down to the Adriatic, vineyards, olive groves and medieval villages. Coffee break in a cafe, then riding back to the boat for a great lunch. Generally, then it was off to the next island. We stopped a couple times for a swim on the way. After docking, we walked into the village for wonderful Croatian dinners. Sleep, repeat. Small adventures all day. Excellent leaders in Marin and Ilona who provided guidance and history. Couldn't have been better.

We travelled Split to Dubrovnik on the Mali Ante on a sail/cycle. The boat is great, cabins were comfortable and the boat was clean and well maintained. The crew were excellent, they did their jobs very well, with a smile, and were always helpful. Our cycling guides, Marin and Ilona, were fantastic. Safety was a priority which we appreciated, but they also went out of their way to be helpful and informative. Despite some bad weather, we had a great trip.

The cabins were cold and the first nigt on board the boat we could hardly sleep due to the chill in the cabin. We could not control the tempreture in the cabin. The cabin had lower standard than we expected. The food served on board was not good.Breakfast was good but lunch and grill could have been better.. I had the feeling during the trip that we were alwayes in a hurry. and the cykling tours not relaxed.Not much time for fotos or to observe the scenery etc. Nevertheless we enjoyed the trip.The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

In terms of the cycling pace, our Cycle cruises are designed for the more active traveler who enjoys a faster-paced itinerary. However, for those seeking a more relaxed experience with plenty of time to take in the scenery and capture photos, we offer other options such as our Explorer or Elegance cruises. Best way to see Croatia by Boat and Bike. Biking tge islands on ebikes is the only way to go!!! Fantastic. Staff and Crew were awesome. Food was Great. Chef was awesome and full of exuberance. I only downgraded to 4 stars due to Cabin comfort. Need better air circulation and climate control for sleeping.

I was very happy with the tour. The crew was happy going and all operations were smooth, The guides were well qualified, engaged and expressed kindness towards the the guests every day of the tour. Indeed a very good experienced, the second time I go with Sail Croatia in the beautiful area. My suggestions are: 1) Slow down the bike tours, make more brief stops to enjoy the splendor of nature. 2) Make the diet more in accordance with environmental and dietary recommendation (less meat, more vegetables and fruits). Furthermore, take measures to reduce food wast. As a first step, measure the food waste on board and calculate how much it costs. 3) Express your concern for nature in the selections of all materials and operation; including detergents, sorting of waste, motor efficiency; even the use of sails when possible. 4) Improve considerably the quality of the coffee you serve. For many people a good cup of coffee makes even a rainy day bright and sunny.

When I reflect on our days with you, I recall that many days had periods of rain, and yet my memories are all of sunshine. What a remarkable experience. First, incredible value. Accommodations were confortable, immaculately clean, food abundant and well prepared. The crew and guides were what made the trip special. Though at the end of their season, they treated us with genuine enthusiasm and care. Recommend highly.

The entire staff and team aboard the Columbo was outstanding. Their customer service, attention to detail, care for us on and off the boat was wonderful. From Captain Antonio, down to every one of his team mates, their efforts to take care of their customers was perfect. They had the flexibility from small changes to ports of call to assuring the most gentle of island transfers and sailing quality, Each of them knows the local terrain, the local dock management, even very small nuances of island culture we visited. This is a well organised & experienced company who deliver what they claim. We visited scenic port villages, ate well, did some cycling (not as much as we wanted due to inclement weather) and made new friends from around the world. Had a great time on the trip. Jasko, Anita, Nikolina and Nino were all fantastic. Darrio is the hardest working man I have ever seen. Captain was attentive to the weather conditions and made educated changes to the itinerary with minimal inconvenience.

Fabulous trip great meeting people worldwide the islands we stopped at were amazing tour was well a organised food was ok drinks were very expensive on the boat I think a lot more drinks would be served if this was not so excessive also hidden costs should be told up front paying for national parks and also the city tax was a lot more expensive than hotels city tax ?why ? we paid 3 times more than normal city tax when i questioned this I was told this was for staff for lifting bikes on and off ? is that not part of the holiday fees? need to be up front to people with all these charges shame only thing that put dampner on an exciting holiday

Bartul and Miranda were the best guides! They did a great job discussing the history and culture of the areas we were biking through. They were charismatic, patient, fun and genuinely interested in everyone on the ship. The presentations of the upcoming bike rides were informative and prepared us well for the difficulty of each ride. Bartul and Miranda went above and beyond to make our vacation amazing!

The combination of riding to touring was great. Last couple of days would have been nice to have some more cycling but I recognize this is dictated by the size of the island.

The crew was amazing. From Andre our server to Matek and Christiana the sailors, everyone was friendly, helpful and competent. The cabins were small and cramped. Not much storage space. But we were only in our cabins to sleep or shower. Katarina and Mila were excellent cycling guides. Meals were substantial- no need to ever go hungry! It would be great if there was some decent coffee at breakfast. The coffee was terrible! The cycling was made easier with the e-assist bikes. One suggestions is to divide the cycling groups. Those on e bikes and those on standard bikes. Those on e bikes were always waiting for the standard cyclists to catch up. It felt like we were constantly interrupting our ride.

if you have a group of bikers and non-bikers, and want enough biking and cruising and hiking and walking for everyone, the cycle cruise is just the right mix. We found ourselves never really needing more of any one thing (especially food). The staff was amazing and really do everything they can to make sure you are always comfortable.

Loved every minute of the holiday. Cabin was great, so useful to have WiFi on board. Food was very good. The cycling part of the holiday was good, not too long, as the weather was glorious (very hot). Swimming in the water was heaven compared to back in the UK, either from one of the beaches or when we moored and jumped off the ship.

We joined two other couple friends for a fantastic sail & cycle trip to the Croatian Islands (southern route). Everything about the trip was great - the planning, itinerary, learning about Croatia, and the mix of group time (with two guides) and free time to explore on your own. I highly recommend Sail Croatia as a wonderful way to travel and explore the country.

The ability to see the Islands of Croatia by boat and bike was great. The people are honest, hardworking and wonderful. The boat crew and cycle leaders did a great job even though this was a larger group. The conversations with the other travelers were informative and educational!! It was an awesome experience!!

The ships crew and the guides were absolutely brilliant, a mix of good safety when out cycling and knowledge sharing about the islands together with excellent service from the crew who were also great fun and entertaining - nothing was too much trouble. The ship was in great order and extremely clean. We will be back next year - thanks to all the team.

The onboard staff and guides for the rides were friendly, knowledgeable and caring to ensure every need was met and problem solved. The rides were challenging but not extreme and went through some very scenic locations. They were just the right length (2 to 3 hours) for casual cyclists like those in our group. I strongly recommend this cruise to anyone wanting a combination of relaxed cruising with some enjoyable rides.

Very well organised, great reps/ cycle guides-really friendly and professional. Spoke perfect English. Great food and crew on the boat great. There could have been more matrices for the sun beds , but a very minor criticism on what was a great holiday. Bikes were also first class. Would definitely recommend the holiday and will go again.
