This cruise was full of fun, relaxation and some of the best natural sights I've ever seen. Anita's knowledge of Croatia and where would be best to go was invaluable. We will be back!

Everything just came together beautifully. Fantastic weather, a diverse interesting group of friendly really nice passengers, a warm friendly crew and fantastic host Anita. On board food was great. The timing of events, swim stops and activities each day was well, thought out and just worked. Anita did a really good job of keeping everyone updated throughout the day both personally and via a group chat including extra things to do, places to eat etc. To top it off, the boat, Salve de Mare, was fantastic, with lots of space, very clean and comfortable with everything operating as it should. Would definitely travel with Sail Croatia again!

Had a great week long trip on the Tempera. The crew was great and very friendly. The breakfast and lunch was delicious and was able to try some new food! The squid was my personal favourite. The cabins were clean and had lots of space for your clothes. The daily swim stop was an incredible experience, i miss the sea already! Drinks on board were yummy. Using Sail Croatia was a great way to get around and see as much of Croatia as you can! The group made on whatsapp was a great way to stay in contact with everyone. We learned a new Croatian word everyday which was nice to learn the proper pronunciation to use while exploring. Would recommend people to get an esim or get a good travel plan as the internet in the boat wasn’t the best. Not that you’re using it lots but nice to have if you’re talking to family back home! Would definitely recommend and personally use Sail Croatia again as it is as a very fun week!

Loved the week on the ship. Met some great people. Mostly from Australia, UK and USA. Particularly enjoyed the swim stops. Great food too. Be aware though that the ship docks late afternoon in each location so some of the advertised shore excursions will not happen. We found this disappointing and would recommend Sail Croatia only promote those excursions that have a realistic chance of going ahead.

We sailed on the Katarina from Dubrovnik to Split. The Captain, crew, and Nikos were attentive to our needs and made every effort to accommodate our needs. We unfortunately had to skip some swim stops due to weather, but the crew made sure that we had plenty of activities. I thoroughly enjoyed every stop along the cruise, and would book it again.

The crew was great, they were friendly and really took care of us. The food was excellent and the ports we stopped at were really nice. This is a great way to explore Croatia with no stress or big crowds on a cruise ship.

We had an amazing first time cruise with sail Croatia. We opted for the Katerina ship which was immaculate inside and out. The crew were superb and attention to detail was amazing. Especially the bar manager Ivana. Food was lovely, we stayed below deck and the room was perfect and spacious. We went on a explorer cruise and the mix of people on our ship was great. Despite having a couple of days of not so good weather the crew managed to make alternate arrangements which didn't impact us which shows great flexibility. All in all would 100% recommend and will definitely being travelling again.

Simply a perfect cruise. Staff were attentive, service excellent, and truly made us feel welcome. Great selection for breakfast, and lunches were varied and delicious. Nikkos our host was spot on with his recommendations, and some of the dinners were the best ever eaten. Spacious cabin, with first class washrooms. The only thing missing was... more time.

Swim stops were cancelled due to weather without consulting passengers. Some activities were cancelled either because of equipment malfunction. A better hostess would be good.

Dino was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. He communicated well and had alternative plan when the weather wasn't looking good. The crew took a little longer to warm to us but once they did it made the whole experience so much better- this may have been a language barrier at the start but by the end excellent. The meals were excellent and thank you to both chief's really impressive stuff.

The trip exceeded my expectations! Croatia is such a wonderful place with welcoming people and breathtaking sites. The entire team on board the Katarina was incredible. Special shout outs to Dino our cruise director and host (all around great guy with a passion and pride for his homeland) and to Ivana running the Salon with the wonderful servers. All of the passengers on the cruise were a blast, and it was a pleasure to become friends! Looking forward to more adventures and would absolutely recommend this experience to everyone. Our Sail Croatia representative Klara was the nicest, most genuine and funny tour host we have ever had! She supplied us with just the right amount of information and was truly a friend of all. The ship, the Salve de Mare. was fantastic and the crew was wonderful. The itinerary and swim spots were perfect! Overall a great holiday.

From the moment you stepped on board Princeza Diana, you felt welcomed. Klara our hostess was extremely professional, informative and lots of fun. We are so appreciative of all of her help on board. It made our trip truly special. All the other staff were also amazing. The boat was beautiful, cabins deluxe, and the food incredible. Every port and swim spot we stopped at was magical. The entire staff was gracious, friendly, very helpful and professional. Dino (our tour manager) was great, Ivana in the bar and dining area was fabulous. The Captain was very approachable and answered questions. The rooms were cleaned daily. It was perhaps the best run hospitality I’ve ever experienced. The group of passengers (all new to us) also added to the very positive experience. Highly recommend the particular ship.

The staff were excellent, with special mention of Klara and Branco who made the cruise extra special. Klara's knowledge of the islands and history were shared to us with passion and humor and was received extremely well by the guests. The arranging of excursions was flawless and we always knew the times and booking details well in advance. Branco made sure that we were served plenty of food on board and his bar manner was second to none. The islands themselves shared their different characters, all of which were enjoyed by all. We would definitely do this again as we thoroughly enjoyed our first ever cruise provided by Sail Croatia.

The ship (Salve di Mare) was so comfortable and very well maintained. The crew were professional, friendly and fun. The meals were exceptionally well prepared and presented. We cruised aboard the Katarina in September 2024 on the Split-Dubrovnik return voyage. We toured some gorgeous countryside and visited quaint Croatian villages. The family crew was wonderful and our cruise director Nico was exceptional. Our cruise was altered slightly due to turbulent weather. The captain, crew, and cruise director navigated the challenges beautifully which ultimately resulted in a much better experience than if we had stayed on the original itinerary. We enjoyed the trip of a lifetime. Thank you!

Good boat. Vicko is excellent. Great food. Marko & Nemanja were great. Lucky with a great group of passengers. Not so much with the weather Negatives/Room for improvement: Coffee machine & charging for coffee in the afternoon. Cash economy is a bit tiresome. Korcula day is too crowded with activities- not enough time in the island.

Our vacation experience with Sail Croatia was excellent and memorable. Having cruised in Europe, Caribbean and Alaska on much larger ships we were looking for a new cruise experience: Sail Croatia delivered a new, higher level of cruising intimacy to us. The yacht Salle Di Mare was unique in terms that it is a mix of traditional design coupled with modern elegance. There were plenty of areas to relax and enjoy a tranquil cruise around the Croatian islands. It's a very intimate experience unlike the large cruise liners. You get to meet the crew and see them working every day. You mingle all the time with fellow passengers and make new friends. And you have this against a backdrop of picture-perfect islands, historic sites, and blue (clear) water. Plus, our cruise had 6 out of 7 days of sunshine, and on the day without sun we had indoor wine tasting :-) As an endorsement, we are already planning another Sail Croatia cruise!

The breakfast and lunches provided were delicious, with each of the ports providing their own unique charm for an afternoon of exploring. Great variety of stops along the coast and islands - well picked Great swim stops, captan picked small secluded bays with wonderful clear blue waters to completely relax in. Outstanding coordinator Dino, can't say enough about his wealth of knowledge and ability to get things done for you. He responds quickly to all of your inquiries. Breakfast buffet has a bit of everything and is fine for your stay. Marco working the bar is always very helpful and a joy to chat with. The tour director (Dino) was SO PERSONABLE and really went out of the way to make every passenger feel special. He catered to everyone’s needs and actually called a couple of audibles to make our experience extra special. This is the best way to see the islands! Once we started on the trip, we realized trying to do a ferry to each island would’ve been too much. Marija was a fantastic host!! We had a great group of people. The crew was awesome and lively! The only recommendations I have are: 1. Shorten lunch and make it a sandwich spread/finger food. Lunch was long and it cut into swim and sun time. No need for a 3 course meal for lunch. 2. Vela Luka is the night we should have done the captains dinner instead of Stari Grad. Vela Luka had the least amount of restaurants. Also, Stari Grad was a really neat town and would’ve liked to have eaten dinner in the town instead of the boat. The Captain’s dinner was great, but would have been better if it would have been in Vela Luka. Amazing trip overall!! Thanks!!

My wife and I and 17 other couples rented the MS Katarina for 8 days and 7 nights. The experience was one of a life time. The captain and his family own the boat and take meticulous care of the boat and the customers. Exceeded our expectations hands down! Our cruise director, Nikos was one of the best. He took care of every detail while on the water or in port. From excursions, restaurants, Ubers to directions. Nikos and the Katarina staff were spot on and we would recommend them to anyone who is considering this wonderful experience.

Sail Croatia and the Explorer cruise were recommended to us by friends that loved it. It was even better than we expected. We loved the small ship format. Got to know and enjoy some very nice international guests and the crew were all outstanding. Highlights: swim stops (crystal clear, perfect temp water, beautiful secluded locations), food (all meals were excellent-breakfast much more than "bread and spread"), distances traveled each day were short and, at least for our week, calm (rough weather there is rare and most sailing is behind islands-protected from waves of open Adriatic), the historic towns, local people, natural scenery, and excursions were also all way better than expected. Would love to do this cruise with this company again!

The friendliness of the staff from start to finish Coupled with the professionalism and expertise of the crew made for an enjoyable safe fun experience. Captain Ivan is the greatest and is happy to explain the workings of the boat and even showed me around the power plant and wheel house. This is a family run boat, and this shows through the upkeep and maintenance of the ship. Special names of mention are Ivana Ándela and of course tour guide Nikki’s.

As soon as my partner and i stepped onto the ship, we felt very welcomed by the friendly staff and the other passengers on board. Made some great friends throughout the week and everything that was asked of staff was catered for instantly. The swim stops were to die for and the lunches were incredible. We missed out on a location due to weather, however, the staff were quick to re-route and make sure we still had some great stops along the way. 10/10 would experience again.

The entire week was a fantastic experience in all ways. The boat-yacht "Princeza Diana" was in great condition well maintained and very comfortable with numerous different areas to enjoy with plenty of space to spread out over the various decks. The cabins were excellent - spacious and comfortable. Our Sail Croatia Trip leader Nikos Xousos ran the week extremely well and provided us all we needed to know in our daily updates with the details followed up in a WhatsApp post . Nikos was a fun, engaging character and well suited to this position. He was excellent at binding all the moving pieces together to make it a great fun week for everyone. We were fortunate to have a great group [ages approx 16 to 65] that bonded with each other and all were great company. Food was excellent - could not fault it. The trip schedule provided lots of swim and relax time on the boat and a range of good daily activities off the boat. Overall great trip with not too much thinking required.
