What an adventure! Sailing on the Olimp was fantastic. First, the cruise leader, Ioana. Wow. Dynamic, organized, fun. Not sure the cruise would have been the same without her leading the way. The ship itself was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was helpful to make sure all our needs were met. Beautiful destinations and fun history tours. Even though we were traveling with friends, the new friends we made helped make things even better. Would be happy to go again.

The ship, Olmp, was immaculate and the crew always helpful. With only 36 passengers the experience was very personal and we were fortunate to have a very interesting and homogenous group . The meals served were all delicious but the service was a little too efficient for me. I prefer a slower pace while eating. The only meal that I would avoid n the future is the so called "BBQ". Definitely not up t the chefs usually high standards. The Sail Croatia cruise is a great way to sample all that Croatia has to offer. Our cruise director, Ioana, added another dimension to our touring experience. We all had a wonderful and educational experience on the cruise

The crew was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. We were kept informed on a daily meeting about changes and weather situations concerning our travels. V our guide was great, suggesting restaurants and other things about the Croatia people. I would choose to do this trip again. It was a vacation of a lifetime! Most people were not happy that coffee couldn't be have after 9:00 am.

Staff was great. Especially Klara and Pamela. We enjoyed the swim stops and island stops. The meals were so so too much fish for my liking. They’ve in our room didn’t work for 1/2 the week. The tours were great, Capains dinner/dance and wine tours as well I would include gratuity in the price and/or arrange for credit card payments for on board liquor purchases for some people I spoke to were surprised they needed so much euros at the end of the trip which may have an effect on gratuity’s We would highly recommend Sail Croatia to anyone that asks us

The ship was beautiful and comfortable, the cruise director was very funny and knowledgeable and the crew was very professional, competent, friendly and helpful.. We enjoyed it thoroughly! It was extremely hot during the cruise and the swim stops were a wonderful way to cool off but it was hard to stay cool on the boat. The food was good but lunches were a bit heavy for my tastes and drinks were a bit on the weak side. Stops and excursions were interesting and informative - could have skipped Milna -may be replace with Trogir or a night not in port with 2nd swim stop and simple light dinner on the ship.

We just returned from a 7-night charter of the Queen Jelena. Our group included nine families, including those in age from teens to their 60s. It's a group that has traveled together extensively, but this trip was truly extraordinary. The boat was perfect, the cabins spacious and cool, with great outdoor spaces. The itinerary (Elegance route from Split to Dubrovnik) was wonderful, with each island offering something new. The swim stops, as others have said, are truly magical. Above all else, it was our tour manager, Karolina, that made the week so special, handling our large, boisterous group with aplomb. Our group included a number of hotel and restaurant owners, and I don't think any of us have experienced a more capable and caring hospitality professional. She, Captain Gordan, and the entire crew created a wonderful experience our group of friends will never forget. If you're considering a charter of or cruise on the Queen Jelena, don't hesitate - it's extraordinary.

Maybe an optional laundry service would make it even better….(I underpacked) Overall it was an amazing trip and one that I will never forget!

From booking to departure, Sail Croatia delivered the best experience. A beautiful boat that was immaculate. The staff on board were friendly, helpful and worked so hard to ensure we had a holiday to remember. Food was absolutely First class, tasty, well presented and such a variety of dishes served Daily. Must not forget our lovely funny knowledgeable tour guide loana. She mixed well with everyone and you knew she was genuinely keen for everyone to enjoy the experience. Her bubbly personality made her a massive hit with all the guests. Would definitely recommend Sail Croatia to our friends and family.

Overall the trip was excellent. However if you look into the fine details then you can find major issues. For example tipping policy is terrible ad should be scrapped. Company say one figure staff say a different figure and service you receive is not worth either amount. Some staff’s appearance could improve especially first thing in the morning at breakfast. Sail Croatia and crew of Jelena, have forgotten who the customer is, in respect of, a customer works hard to save money to go on holiday and we are all suffering with cost of living being expensive no different to the crew. Excellent on the face but poor in detail

Karolina, the tour director, made the cruise beyond our expectations on the Esperanza. She was very helpful and accommodating. She would advise us about the restaurants and her favorite ice cream spots in the towns. She and the entire crew were very friendly and efficient. Tomo and Phillipe were great bartender/waiters. The small number of passengers made the cruise very intimate. and one of the most memorable cruises out of more the 50 we have taken over the years.

What we liked about Sail Croatia: The boat was beautiful and the staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the overnight stays, and the optional UNESCO dinner. What we did not like about Sail Croatia:: The hot tub was not hot, lukewarm at best. Meals choices were limited if you did not like the day’s meals you were out of luck as there were no other choice. No activities or music on board other than a swim stop (weather permitting). The included traditional dinner venue was nice but the food was too bland for our taste. The bar staff charged our account for a bottle of wine and several drinks that we did not order. They need a better accounting system for the onboard liquor. This cruise is better suited for people who want it quiet and with minimum people. For people who enjoy lounging in the sun reading books as there is little else to do when you are onboard. This type of cruise is not for us.

We're sorry to hear that some elements of the cruise weren't as you expected. A daily buffet breakfast and 3-course lunch are included daily on all cruises. Set menus allow the onboard chef to prepare meals to a high standard using fresh, local ingredients. Unfortunately due to the size of the galley onboard our luxury small ships, an a la carte menu is not possible, however we are more than happy to accommodate dietary requirements. Unlike large cruise liners, Sail Croatia cruises are all about experiencing an authentic side of Croatia onboard luxury small ships, being shown the secrets of this incredible country by local, welcoming staff and experiencing culture, food and historical sights with like-minded travellers. Our cruises dock overnight in each destination, bringing guests into the midst of each town/harbour by mid-afternoon. After enjoying breakfast and lunch onboard, relaxing at a swim stop and cruising towards your next destination, ships are docked along the waterfront, ensuring guests are able to explore each destination at their leisure, participate in optional activities or indulge in local cuisine in one of the local restaurants.
I couldn’t fault the cruise. Nothing was too much trouble for the crew, the food and accommodation was excellent and I would love to go. Again.

Our experience on the Queen Jelena from Split to Split, was wonderful and went above and beyond our expectations. Captain Gordan, his crew and staff made our trip one of our most memorable.The ship was very clean, the meals excellent and the swim spots perfect. Stjepan our guide was well organized, very knowledgeable on the history of Croatia and had a great sense of humour., always putting a smile on our faces with his stories and notes on the itineraries. We met some wonderful people and made friends in our group, which made the cruise so much more enjoyable. Croatia is a beautiful country and we’ll always look back at this trip with fondest memories. Ioana, Our lovely and attentive Tour guide. Gordon our Captain who adjusted sailings to suit weather, Safety was as it should be always Number q.1. The Queen Jelena, a beautiful classic style boat. The crew who looked after every detail from mooring to serving, always cleaning, always there. Great food beautiful Islands, wonderful people, options always options at every stop.. We were slso blessed with amazing sailing companions. And of course the food, as a Ceoliac ( Gluten Free) I was superbly looked after. After 3 years' delay due to C-19, our group of close couples & friends finally experienced the luxury, relaxation and being part of the family provided by the team of Sail Croatia's MY Olimp. Capt. Rakuljic and his entire crew were professional, warmly welcoming and keenly interested in explaining their heritage(s), roles and helping us wring the most out of our all too-short week aboard. Meals were of highest quality, perfectly prepared and presented. Servers and sailors alike made us feel at once as if MY Olimp was our personal yacht. I learned much nautical and cultural info from the crew, and they helped me hone my (very) limited Croatian vocabulary! Tour Director Ioana informed us on local culture, potential activities and generally herded us cats in a friendly, humorous and professional manner. She could seamlessly solve any issue brought to her. Leaving the ship, we said goodbye to many new friends. We'll be back, but can't imagine choosing another ship/crew/company.

This was the 2nd time I took a cruise on Queen Jelena. I brought 6 friends with me this time. Over all I love the ship and casual lifestyle. The highlight was the daily swim and staying overnight in the different towns. Some suggestions: The breakfast every morning was nice but they served the same eggs either scramble or sun side up. They need to give more variety for breakfast such as pancakes which everyone wanted or different kind of eggs. I thought that for the captain's dinner the cruise company should have picked up the drinks. Not all of the crew spoke English which made it more difficult like asking for a martini or lemon twist. Before sailing passenger should get a schedule regarding dinners each night. We didn't know what nights were dinners or on our own and it helps to plan in advance. The chef was great. A few of the towns were not interesting or did not have much to do. It would have been nice to have an extra night in Hvar or Korcula. I would do it again. Thank you.

My group of 31 thoroughly enjoyed our Elegance Cruise on Esperanza! - Cruise Director (Boris) & crew were very attentive - Ship in great shape & well maintained by crew; - Dubrovnik to Split itinerary was very good; -Food was great; - Drink prices reasonable; - Cruise director & crew responsive when medical emergency developed. - Cruise Director & crew were flexible adapting to our tastes and desires (more dinner and winetasting, less tours); - Great times at Village Dinner & especially Captain's Dinner. Live entertainment at latter excellent! Areas for Improvement: - Having a consistent account manager would be preferable for consistent info. As organize I felt I was doing Sail Croatia's job. No discount for me - Incurred cnx charges when could not fill 6 spaces that were ultimately sold. - Dissemination of embarkation and debarkation locations/schedules needs to improve - Vis Tour did not include sub tunnel as advertised. Tito's Cave and Winery good - Better/more swim call equipment

The entire crew of the Queen Jelena did an outstanding job. The vessel railings and windows cleaned down daily and our room cabins always cleaned and tidy. The skipper and crew expertly placed the Jelena close to shore at idyllic swim spots daily, frequently without any vessels nearby. Meals were well prepared and table service timely and pleasant. Guide Mia did an excellent job explaining the daily activities and helping guest sort out concerns. Will highly recommend the Queen Jelena and her outstanding crew to our friends and family.

Queen Jelena is one of the best within sail Croatia. We have just spent a week sailing the Dalmatian coast. The Croatian islands were beautiful, with picturesque bays to swim each morning, lunch onboard then a trip to new towns each day. Towns such as Korcula are breathtaking with stunning places to visit and great local food. The host onboard was really helpful and friendly and the Captain and crew done a wonderful job. The boat was Beautiful, clean and a shame not to have another week onboard. Thank you

7 friends (that’s us) came together for a week’s cruise onf Queen Jelena. We were a little skeptical of the non-traditional schedule of breakfast- swim-lunch and late afternoon port dockage. This schedule allowed everyone to wake up at their own schedule. Guests can have or skip breakfast. The Captain was able to find calm anchorages that were great for enjoying the water or sun deck or both! The late afternoon docking gave us plenty of time to see the port when the Uber large cruise ships soon departed (present at only 2 ports) . So instead of weaving our way around swarms of people we were able to shop, have dinner or whatever in a much quieter setting that even the restaurant staff appreciated. If you wanted to enjoy the other nighttime activities, you had be back by 5am. The food was great. Mia, our “Cruise Director”, gave us insight and suggestions on the port. Needless to say, I have no hesitation recommending Sail Croatia and specifically the Queen Jelena.

Croatia is an amazing place to visit however it was Sail Croatia and its staff that made it a trip of a lifetime to remember. We are not big cruise people with the large crowds, short stops, and buffet lines. Sail Croatia was the perfect size vessel, nicely appointed cabins, great food, and fantastic staff. We loved that most days included a swim stop in the beautiful Adriatic waters. Boris who led the cruise was incredible and caring, making sure that guests felt special and well informed. Great staff, beautiful boat. Our cabin was unusually small compared to others on our cruise - even single person cabins were significantly larger, notably the shower. Cabins need more hooks or places to dry things. Food on the cruise was great - though breakfast could have had more variety. Itinerary took us to fantastic locations. Wish we could have spent more time exploring the locales on our own. Our cruise director Mia was spectacular! The two group events on the boat needed some help. The cocktail hour on the top deck was lit with horrible emergency lighting and not conducive to a party atmosphere. The captain's dinner concept was nice, but we would have preferred to eat in a local village restaurant, The entertainment at the captain's dinner was clearly skewed to an older audience and half the room left before the music was finished. But overall we really enjoyed our experience.

Our group reserved the entire cruise. We had a great time and Mia kept us on track and well informed. Enjoyed the schedule with daily swim stops, lunch, and a new town to explore each afternoon. Mia managed to keep our friend group organized as 35 of us sailed. Since we all knew it other there were times where we were all talking at once. Mia was able to herd the cats and make sure we didn’t miss anything. Everything went off like clockwork! The entire crew of the Queen Helena made for a memorable vacation that I would do again!
