I feel it is very misleading, you pay a lot of money and don’t even get aircon or a toilet or shower in your room. The food was very average and all the extra cost reallt add up. Sail was one of the things I was most excited for but I was so disappointed with it. The bed situation was disgusting, try sleeping in 38 degree weather without aircon!

We have our 'ship types' displayed via our website so guests can view images and details about each ship category. This gives indepth information of the amenities to ensure that our advertising accurately represents the accommodations provided. We highly recommend checking this prior to booking your cabin to avoid disappointment. You booked and were accommodated on one of our Standard ships where cabins are with shared facilities and don't have air conditioning as advertised. I would recommend booking next time accommodation onboard a Premier ship where cabins have private ensuite facilities and air conditioning as advertised. Poor customer service from day one. Food was uneatable, bar closed during happy hour, staff unapproachable, asked multiple times for toilet paper and clean towels, staff complaints of fatigue, poor engagement to everyone

Lets start with the good experience. Staff onboard the ship Captain, Sailor and Tour guide were fantastic! It is them that makes the trip worth while. On another note, the sales team are terrible with their service. I told them from the beginning I am travelling with my partner and requested a double bed. They said it depends on the availability as first come first serve. When we got onboard, two girls who DID NOT request for a double bed got one and my partner and i got stuck on a bunk bed. There were only 3 couples on the ship. 2 whom got a double bed, except us. I would have been fine with it had we missed out because we booked later and the 3 doubles were already requested. It is upsetting when somebody gets .a room they didnt request and someone who really really wanted it doesnt. The rooms are ridiculously small and most of all there is no air circulation, if you left your door open, you would smell diesel, or others coming back in the early hours from partying. RIDICULOUS!

Wouldn’t recommend for people over 27, sailing croatia team did not keep in mind that we are 30 and putting us with a group that was 22 and younger .... big age difference.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review! Our Navigator cruises are aimed at travellers aged 18 to 35 years old. The ages of travellers on board are dependant on the bookings we receive on any given departure, but will be in said age bracket. We do hope to see you with us again!
