The sailors took pride in their ship, always on top of their responsibilities. Our room was comfortable as advertised, staff friendly. Anita our hostess engaged with all her passengers, always eager to help. Our trip was delightful, swimming spots and beautiful ports to dock in. Wonderful country to explore with delicious food. Very fortunate to have had the loveliest travellers to make our holiday exceptional.

I had researched quite a few small ship cruise lines before booking, and I'm so glad we went with Sail Croatia! We sailed the Explorer cruise Split to Dubrovnik on The Salve di Mare, which was the most beautiful boat, with the rooms being generously sized and very well appointed (we were in the lower deck and even had a double vanity in our ensuite!) The Captain and his crew were reliable and friendly. Our cruise director Vicko was nothing short of amazing, being generous with his time and also his knowledge and assistance. We really enjoyed the daily Destination speech learning so much about the history of each please we were heading to. We did have to make a couple of itinerary changes due to port issue and weather, but it did not detract from any of our trip, if anything it meant we got to be first people of the day into the Blue caves! The food far exceeded our expectations, and as is with Croatia, always very generous servings! I would not hesitate to recommend Sail Croatia!

This was our first cruise and we weren't sure what to expect. It was so fun and relaxing! We met lots of fun people and enjoyed each stop. Our tour manager, Dino, could not have been better. He had lots of fun energy and went out of his way to help and answer questions or give suggestions. The staff in the bar/dining room were also fantastic. And, the boat was beautiful and comfortable. Super cruise up the beautiful Dalmatian coast. Smaller boat with great attention to detail by the crew and representative who was sooo knowledgeable and helpful. The off board trips were varied so we all had something to do, be-it the fit ones or the indolents ! Enjoyed the breakfast spread and having local courses at lunch time. Ports and local taverns for evening entertainment were spot on, with our host suggesting best local venues. On the rainy day he helped us to order in pizza for the party that erupted :) We are looking at 2025 now !

The Katarina and her crew were highly professional and attended to our every need throughout the week. What a fantastic way to see the Dalmatian islands! The smaller cruise, 36 people was a great number. The food was amazing, got to try so many local dishes. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The format for each day worked really well. Loved the combination of swimming, relaxing, eating on board and the in the afternoon exploring and being able to eat dinner on land.

The "Tempera" cruise was interesting bc it stopped every day at a different island unlike other large cruise ships. The boat was small which allowed both the crew and the 36 passengers aboard to get to know each other. The food + its preparation were excellent. Above all, our guide, Ioana was so pleasant and knowledgeable, funny and accommodating. She got to know each one of her guests and always made sure we were happy with her options for us at each stop. Her briefings were engaging. Secondly, our meal server - M_____, was extremely kind and hard-working. Constructive criticism: In order to allow more sightseeing time, serve breakfast and DINNER instead of lunch. We felt a bit shortchanged by the current dining schedule. Overall, it was a lovely way to spend a vacation! Thank you to all for making us feel comfortable and safe!!

Our navigator and crew made this trip very special! We were also paired up with travelers of similar interests, which was also very nice. I did not know what to expect as I have never been on a cruise, so all I can say is this trip exceeded my expectations! We are not the "cruise" type and with a small group on Katarina, this did not feel like a cruise at all. The little things, like our rooms cleaned, beds made, fresh towels every day, were also lovely and unexpected. I have some dietary restrictions and every request was met quickly and with no problem whatsoever. We are swimmers, and loved that there was at least a one hour swim stop every day. Swimming in the Adriatic sea/Dalmation islands was like a dream come true! All of the island stops were fabulous and we loved that we got a little history from our navigator before departing on each island. I will most definitely recommend Sail Croatia Elegance cruises to all of my friends and family!

This vacation was our second with Sail Croatia. Our group consisted of 12 ladies, aged between 40 - 63 years old. We had a fabulous week on board. The crew were friendly and hard-working. The chefs magically made delicious food for us all, particularly amazing when you consider the limited space available in the kitchen. The guide, Dino was very knowledgable and enthusiastic to share the joys of his country with us. My husband and I were a little hesitant about booking a cruise since we are not typically "cruise people" but we happy we did! The boat was the perfect size. It was great waking up every morning to a view of the Adraiac sea. The crew was amazing and were all very friendly and welcoming. The lunch on the boat was delicious everyday. My only complaint is that I wish the coffee was left out a bit longer after breakfast.

The staff were great on this trip, especially Ioana our guide! Food. On the ship was very good and plentiful. The captain adjusted our itinerary for the weather. We had options to join group activities and dinners. Only wish we had more time off the boat. This cruise would be difficult for someone with mobility issues-especially in lower cabins and needing to cross between boats at ports. We had daily swim stops in am.

Dino and the crew when above and beyond. Had the best experience sailing around Croatia. Only negative thing I would say is the cabins need a mirror in them besides the bathroom. ( Suggest maybe a long length mirror inside cupboard door and a small hairdryer and Iron on deck)

An amazing trip! A wonderful tour guide, group of fellow travellers, crew and boat made this cruise one that we’ll always remember. Nikos our tour guide went above and beyond to make sure every guest was catered for and happy. His expert knowledge, patience and commitment to his job were greatly appreciated. We sailed on Almissa six years ago and came back to do it again as a group of 8 people in 2024 going in the reverse direction. It is honestly the best time and both times was a highlight of our trip to Europe. The sailing both times was smooth, weather was perfect and we loved exploring more at each of the stops. We enjoyed getting to know with the other guests with a mix of ages and nationalities. The food is a stand out and was exceptional. The airconditioned rooms are great (we went below deck both times as we felt quieter than on top). The crew were so friendly and a lot of fun and it was like leaving old friends by the time we left. The cruise from Dubrovnik to Split is very relaxing and is a great addition to your Euro Vacay. Highly recommend and you will not regret it.

Our first visit to Croatia was made even more perfect by the Sail Croatia cruise. We were on the Katarina. It had an awesome crew who looked our every need. The boat was spotless & clean, service amazing & they made the whole experience very special. Our choice for using Sail-Croatia was made after a friends recommendation last year and you did not disappoint. The larger sized cruise ships have never appealed but this smaller, more personal choice was perfect. We are already planning our next trip. This was a spectacular sailing experience. Our captain sailed the boat to wonderful swim spots and our cruise director Klara was charming, fun, and very energetic with interesting information of each Croatian Island we visited. The bar and food servers did a prompt, friendly, and outstanding job! And the cooks(Chefs)presented beautiful and delicious dishes! This experience was amazing. The only thing I would recommend is that we get an earlier email on what to bring and that it was a CASH only for your drinks and tips at the end of trip. A lot of people travel ahead of the sailing trip and don’t check on their emails. That info would have been better to know if it had been received at least 4 weeks before actual cruise date.

WOW!! I can't say enough amazing things about our trip! We had an absolute blast and took home tons of great memories. We sailed on the Salve di Mare and it was sensational. The staff was courteous, the captain was knowledgable and our tour host Klara was amazing!! She gave thorough history of each island we visited and was always gracious and went the extra mile to assure we had an amazing time. This was an amazing. Trip. The boat is absolutely beautiful and stunning. Beyond what I expected. I was nervous about the cabins as I don’t do any type of cruises and they are fabulous. Didn’t feel crammed at all! Always clean. Freshly turned down mid day. Buffet breakfast was always awesome. Lunches were hit or miss. But I’m a picky eater. The captain and his crew were great! Love that the boat has family history. Makes being on this boat even more special. And KLara!!! OMG. She made it so much fun. Our Coordinator. Team leader. She is a hoot!! And very very good at her job. Her communication skills at lunchtime to know what to expect for the day. And the skills via What’s app are impeccable. She gets back to you asap. I even got sick and she was right there trying to find Drs and pharmacy’s for me. We and especially me. Just love her!’10 stars for her ⭐️

Had a fantastic time on board the Katarina! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We were greeted by Dino on the sidewalk when we arrived, and he explained the immediate details we needed. Klara’s energy and enthusiasm was contagious. Every morning she had a spring in her step which set the tone for the entire cruise. Our Salve de Mare ship was beautiful, clean, comfortable and the perfect size allowing a great mix of hanging with ourselves and getting to know wonderful people from all over the world. Food on board was top notch, the crew was warm, kind and fun-loving. Our guide Vicko went above & beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. Every destination on our Dubrovnik-Split itinerary was a place I would gladly revisit if given the chance. The combination of structure and flexibility built into the itinerary gave us the ability to go along for the ride some days, and create our own excursions other days, so it was a great balance. I cannot recommend Sail Croatia enough, our experience from start to finish was smooth and absolutely exceeded our expectations. I'm ready to sign up for another go!

Wonderful experience on the Salve di Mare from beginning to end. If on the fence, book it! This is by far the best way to experience the Dalmatian coast in a short time - swim stops with no crowds, FULL afternoons and evenings to explore, wonderful people, and no hassle of packing up every couple of days. Attention to detail and level of service provided by all staff was much appreciated. Someone saw that I didn’t eat a fish entree (although it looked delicious!), and the next afternoon, I was offered a vegetarian dish when fish was served again. While the weather wasn’t perfect and the schedule was shuffled a few times, the communication and coordination from Vicko more than made up for it. He was very informative, kept us all up to date, and helped to make reservations that we would have been unlikely to secure. A note to future travelers - it is difficult to contain the water in the cabin showers, so don’t make my mistake by leaving clothes you wish to wear again on the floor!

We booked on the Salve Di Mare from Split to Dubrovnik in Mid-Sept. The trip exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 10 from the US. From the first time we explored the ship to the hugs goodbye, we enjoyed every minute in between. The weather was in the mid 70s, so it wasn't the HOT week (which i'm thankful for) that we were expecting. We had a few swim stops, and with the cooler weather were able to explore the towns a bit more. The service was outstanding. Really top notch. Vicko our Rep was really great-attentive, funny, helpful and really made our cruise fun w/ tons of options. Marko & Nenanja were great waiters & bartenders - fun to chat with! Ana kept our rooms clean. Ivan, Mario and Nikola and of course, Cpt. Frane powered that beautiful ship like a small car! A couple things we wished we knew, there are hair dryers in every room. Bring a clothes line to hang your wet clothes, if the weather looks cool, bring a jacket and pants. GREAT TRIP! Salve di Mare was the best one!

The Katrina, Sail-Croatia boat was absolutely beautiful from the inside out. This boat is family designed, built and owned operated. The family made us feel so welcomed, like we were part of their family, but always providing excellent & professional service. The food was amazing and so were the drinks. This boat was so clean, they were always cleaning something and one day I even saw the Captain washing down the decks. While on our tour a large storm disrupted our schedule and they rerouted to make our trip as perfect as it could be, making the best of mother nature inconvenience. Nicos, was our guide and even though he was new to this boat, you would never know it, as they were a perfect team. This was my maiden trip to Europe from the US and it was a dream come true.

Visko (not sure if I spelled this correctly) was an outstanding cruise/tour director! Very friendly and accomodating; did whatever he could to assist the passengers. He also did a very good job with the captain of adjusting the schedule due to weather conditions. Crew was very friendly and responsive. Accomodations were comfortable & comparable with bigger boats we had experienced. All in all a wonderful experience. One suggestion for improvement - the crew tipping recommendations on the website was significantly different (lower) than what was mentioned on board. At the end of the day this is each guest's decision, but to ensure adequate currency is on hand perhaps this could be clarified on the website.
