Our cruise was very relaxing with the right balance of activities and interaction with other guests. We really loved the swim stops each day and the meals were of premium quality and presentation. There was plenty of space on the boat, Esperanza, to feel like you could have some privacy and then interact when we wanted to. We would recommend the cruise and we had a great time., the crew was very helpful and friendly.

The trip was great for my restricted mobility. The railings on all walkways and stairwells made walking around the ship possible. The crew were always available to offer a helping hand or arm. One of the sailors - Mario - was exceptionally thoughtful. He carried my mobility scooter on and off the boat, storing and charging it overnight. He was sensitive to my fears, crossing from boat to boat, offering encouragement and praise, as well as physical help. Wonderful intuitive personal skills!

Once on board the very comfortable boat, we were well looked after by delightful guides, good chefs, bar staff and boat crew. Good quality e-bikes, excellent guiding around five beautiful Croatian islands, the crew having to adjust the itinerary due to the weather conditions. The other passengers were similar ages to us, loved cycling and the exploring of new places so there were plenty of common interests.

1. The wifi should work better. 2. For the price of the trip, I expected that we would have access to a good coffee machine 24/7. The urns provided were not satisfactory. 3. The excursions were overpriced. 4. The “included” tour of Dubrovnik should have included a bus to take passengers to the old town. 5. There should be enough treats during the coffee and tea hour (11-12) so everyone has a chance to get a snack. 6. The staff were friendly. 7. The boat was well kept. 8. Our rooms were kept clean. 9. The price of wine (bottles and glasses) were overpriced. 10. The captain’s dinner was very nice. It would have been better if wine was included.

Loved the combination of seeing the islands by land and sea. The biking through the country side on each island was beautiful and so much fun, loved our e-bikes. We had amazing tour guides and boat crew! Unfortunately we had a couple of days of bad weather, but the crew and guides were quick to adjust our course and itinerary to avoid this as best they could and everything turned out great. Thank you! Highly recommend!

This was a spectacular sailing experience. Our captain sailed the boat to wonderful swim spots and our cruise director Klara was charming, fun, and very energetic with interesting information of each Croatian Island we visited. The bar and food servers did a prompt, friendly, and outstanding job! And the cooks(Chefs)presented beautiful and delicious dishes! This experience was amazing. The only thing I would recommend is that we get an earlier email on what to bring and that it was a CASH only for your drinks and tips at the end of trip. A lot of people travel ahead of the sailing trip and don’t check on their emails. That info would have been better to know if it had been received at least 4 weeks before actual cruise date.

The whole schedule felt very rushed. Once we reached each island we invariably had very little time to enjoy the destination of our cycle ride - which at times was quite arduous especially for those without e-bikes - before returning to the boat for lunch. The food provided was generally poor with limited fruit available at breakfast and no means of keeping the hot food hot for anyone who didn’t arrive at breakfast promptly at the start. The three course meal served at lunchtime with a hot main seemed totally inappropriate when a more relaxed cold buffet would have been preferred by most on board. Sometimes we were given no time to explore particular port as we had to cycle to the other side of the island to meet the boat in time for lunch and there were no impromptu swim stops off the boat as shown in your videos. On the whole I did really enjoy the week - the crew and guides were excellent although a little more flexibility from the captain would have been appreciated.

This September has been unusually challenging weather-wise, and our team worked hard to adapt routes to ensure we could still deliver a great cycling experience. We are sorry that due to the unusually poor weather conditions, swim stops were not possible and that at times, you felt the schedule was rushed. Regarding food provided onboard, our chefs aim to provide a variety of meals using fresh, local produce, and we have found with the small kitchen space onboard the 3 courses work best and produce less food waste than lunch buffets. We generally receive high ratings for our onboard meals - with a score of 4.64 out of 5 throughout the entire 2024 season on our Premier Ships. We do however appreciate all of your feedback which has been passed on to the relevant teams so we can continue to improve our services. Breakfast hours to be extended with better coffee, too weak! Shouldn’t have to purchase at ar to get good coffee. Overall the food needs improvement, meat was overcooked & repetitive. Also need to provide water in the cabins to be readily available especially through the night. Cabins could use updating, get rid of carpeting. Also replace lumpy pillows & improve mattress. Also provide snacks outside of meal hours or to purchase at bar. Lastly Captain’s dinner is nice idea but the entertainment overtook everything & too long, people couldn’t socialize as a result of being too loud. Our cruise Director & staff were good to us

The trip exceeded my expectations in some respects - we had the most wonderful crew who went out of their way to navigate around bad weather to ensure we could continue to cycle. They went beyond their call of duty. The aspects I believe could have been better in particular, is the food. The offering is tremendous in quantity but lacks sophistication and creativity. I was looking forward to having a Mediterranean experience but if fell short. Why serve mostly apples and bananas when figs and grapes were in season and readily available. The coffee machine was not working, and no cappuccinos was on offer but rather just brewed coffee. I trust that effort in this area could go a long way to improve the overall experience. All in all, it was an enjoyable trip in a wonderful country with exquisite crew members.

The Guides were great. friendly, helpful, knowledgable. The islands were stunning. However, the boat was only standard. The food was quite basic. The cabin was very cramped, the bathroom smelled bad and the bed sheets were a problem. Two single sheets on a double bed! We were in a tangle all night. A double sheet or duvet would have been much better.

My partner and I had a great week on Sail Croatia thanks to Lauren, Mateo and the other crew members. The weather was average but Lauren went above and beyond to maintain morale and organise alternative activities. The crew were very easy-going and friendly and we enjoyed learning about Croatia from them. Our only suggestion is to Sail Croatia directly - we think the itinerary could be improved. The Sail Croatia website states the white water rafting is available on the Split to Dubrovnik tour (which was not the case). We also would have appreciated more time exploring the towns as opposed to spending hours at swim spots.

The so called premier ship was nothing like, much smaller than expected, the cabins were small and several needed attention. However the Captain and crew were very good at their job with boat and passenger safety spot on. They were all very friendly and helpful, with the male crew having to man handle over 30 bikes on and off the boat at every port, well done them. The cycle tours were rather disappointing as there were over 30 cyclist of varying ability, the front runners would be way ahead leaving the slower ones way behind. Not enough stops to enjoy the wonderful scenery and a chance for photos, ☹️ 25.00€, in cash, per person to enter the Mljet National Park, bit steep to cycle around the lakes, no stops to enjoy! Cycle guides would stop and give a little talk about the history of which ever island we were on. The food on the boat was OK but far too much at lunch time, so lots of waste, shame. The weather was not the best but that is not a fault! ⛈️ It was an experience for sure!

Great staff. Made friends with other passengers. Meals on board were great. Beautiful scenery. The boat was expertly steered through storms. Not so good - tour of Vis, Verdan sold it to us as a scenic tour. I didn't expect most of it to be going through military bunkers. I wanted to see the island, not the inside of some old military thing. Dinner at Korcula was not good or tour of Korcula - that woman was painful in her terrible attempts to be humorous.

Thoroughly enjoyed cruising the Croatian islands on our Dubrovnik to Split and return to Dubrovnik tour. Each port we stopped at represented a lesson in history. Thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour in Split and Dubrovnik with the local guides as well as the fabulous dinner with wine in Stari Grad at a local farm restaurant. Our morning swimming stops were a pleasure and the food served on the boat was divine. But there were negatives: 1. Our lower level cabins were adjacent to the engine room therefore when the boat left port early in the morning, no further sleep or talking could be had. These cabins were priced the same as the forward lower level cabins which seems unfair. 2. No itemised bar bills were provided so you had to assume that what you were billed for, you actually drank. 3. The boats internet was rubbish. 4. When rafted up at port with other boats, crossing over was difficult at times due to the height of each boat I.e. need individual ramps and not step up or down.

Regarding the noise from the engines, as our ships are small motor cruisers, the engines do make some unavoidable noise when in operation, similar to a running car. We understand this may affect travelers differently, but it is part of the small ship experience. We are pleased to advise that we received a total customer score rating of 4.4/5 for your week onboard. Regarding the bar bill, guests are welcome to request an itemised bill each day to track their consumption. The Wi-Fi can be temperamental as it is subject to download limits and can experience reduced coverage while out at sea. The ramps between boats are designed for ease of movement, but due to the unique designs of each vessel, some variations in height are expected - we appreciate your suggestion of individual ramps. We thank you again for all your feedback and hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip.
Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend! A few suggestions/tips: - We realize that it’s challenging to prepare food on a boat and to meet different preferences. We would suggest having at least some lunch buffets, where people could choose (e.g., salads, sandwiches) instead of 3-course meals. A buffet would be quicker and enable people to sit on the desk rather than the often very hot and stuffy dining room. - The food was often very heavy (fried meats, limited vegetables/salads). If guests were warned about this, they could request vegetarian or other accommodations. - We were not allowed to bring food on board so snacks should be available (free or not). There was fruit but nothing else and often we were unable to leave the boat. We were often quite hungry after the ride but had to wait to eat. - It would be helpful if the trip leader provided information about the towns further in advance than the afternoon that we arrived so there would be enough time to plan.

Tonka and Loana were great cruise leaders . They and the rest of the crew were very friendly and always available to answer questions and /or help in any way. They were also very flexible with regard to on-boat activities . The swim stops were beautiful and safe. The boat was steady .It was a wonderful way to explore the small islands along the Croatian coast. It was great that the bar was open to the wee hours. However, a more diverse cocktail menu is suggested.The wines were great. There were a few snags on the boat. E.g. intermittent unpleasant sulphur-like oder in the cabin. The cabin could use brighter lighting , especially in the bathroom. Also, I would suggest washable flooring in the cabins to make them less prone to mildew. The Sail Croatia experience was spectacular! I would do it again.

I’m so grateful for our trip leader Ceili was an absolute legend I felt like she was one of us, she was so helpful, took the time to get to know us all and spent most of her time with us! The crew on the boat were incredible, so friendly, helpful, made sure everyone was happy and also joined us for a good time! So grateful and I couldn’t recommend this enough and I’ll be talking about it for years to come!! I would have given this experience a 5* as almost everything was perfect with the exception of a few things. Beach towel for one person for the entire week is not acceptable. Booking system, we booked 6 mths in advanced, requested an above cabin but was told none available, several passengers got above cabin and only booked weeks in advance. Also check the actual names on the booking, we were husband and wife, they thought 2 females so got single beds! Food - very basic, military/camp style. Lots of hearty foods for colder weather, minimal salads or fresh foods, it was summer! It doesn't take much to be creative and add some flare to the meals - fresh herbs, chopped fresh fruit not tinned fruit salad!!!!! Cocktails - needs attention to detail - use proper cocktail glasses, get the fruit and decorations, make it an experience we want to repeat. Also very costly, if cheaper with flare more would have been bought. Option for more group activities, especially in the evenings. Offer group dinner on the last night. I'm sure there are plenty of restaurants in Split that would welcome a group of 30+ or you have a business relationship with that could offer this.

This however had no bearing regarding the bed type in your cabin as any particular bedding needs to be requested to us as a preference. I have checked our correspondence with yourself and I was unable to locate any double bed preference advised to our sales team. We appreciate your feedback on the food selection. Our aim is to provide meals that cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary needs, but we understand that in summer, guests may prefer lighter options. We do appreciate your suggestions for more group activities, particularly in the evenings, and the idea of a group dinner on the final night is fantastic. The advert just makes it look like we are having sea parties with the masses of boats with inflatables that didn’t happen. There was only one time the 5 sailing boats were merged together at sea and happened to be a day it was raining so wasn’t great timing unfortunately. It also takes a lot of timing and our boat was last to get linked but first to leave. The breakfast could be done better as sometimes didn’t know what in the fridge was for the breakfast, although could ask. It did vary but not to everyone’s likings etc. If there is a budget for breakfast then maybe at the start of the week suggest to write a list from everyone of what they would want and keep in a section of the fridge. I was disappointed not doing the zip line. Canyoning was offered as alternative as it wasn’t running but I heard other boats had done the zip line so just unlucky on that day. Although no fault of Sail Croatia, there was around 6-7 males and 33-34 females, so maybe ask before if prefer a mix.

It really depends on the group & crew that makes the trip. The bartender on the boat wasn't the most pleasant and the chef was horrible. I knew going on the boat that the food was not going to be the best but it was horrible. Also, I didn't like how we didn't have to much free time and the swim spots were okay, nothing great either. Overall, the trip was okay.

Wonderful crew and an amazing Sail Croatia representative ( Barbara 😊) The boat (Esperanza) was beautiful, and perfectly maintained. The food was delicious. The drinks were fairly priced. My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary . It was a trip of a lifetime. All and all the itinerary was good. I would skip Mijet. There was not enough to do on the island.

Was very happy with the room, both the bedroom and bathroom were decently sized and had good facilities. The food on the boat was really great, we were never hungry. The crew were kind and hardworking. I wish we could’ve been informed on our swim spots more. The boat would just depart from them without notice so you might miss out or jump in without realising we were about to leave. I think our tour manager could’ve gave us better suggestions on what to do in town. Sail is a great way to travel and I really enjoyed my week!

Sail Croatia really let me down with my experience by not mixing the people on our boat. Out of 30 people there were 29 women (13 of which were one big group that were not very interested in socialising outside of their group) the one male was a partner of the only couple on the boat. I believe variety in people would have most definitely improved everyone's experience. While our tour manager was absolutely lovely and kind I was disappointed with their lack of knowledge of Croatia in general. Unfortunately their inexperience showed when they struggled to comand respect and order when addressing the group. This showed when organising activities or even getting people excited meet up to learn about our beautiful scenic stops. The crew onboard were so lovely and accommodating. The food was great. After stopping at a few ports and seeing the variety in types of Sail Croatia Boats I was also disappointed that when booking I was not given options to upgrade to a boat with better facilities.

We loved cruising the islands. Met all expectations. Each one with it's own uniqueness. However the highlight for us was the tour manager Marija. So organised, available, informative and went above and beyond to provide for any request. Thank you Marija, you are an asset to Sail Croatia.

The views, food and friends made were amazing! Wanted to say a special thanks to our crew and in particular our trip manager Andro. He really made this experience extra special for each and every one of us marking sure we all go the most out of our trip. This week will go down in the history books for 7 days I'll never forget. We had a fantastic time cruising from Dubrovnik to Split. The boat was ideal, meals fantastic, very attentive and helpful staff and best of all were the swimming stops each day. Being a swimmer, I've never swum is such magnificent blue water, that was the highlight for me!

Lola our host & the crew were awesome and made us feel very welcome. Lola was very informative and helpful in a range of situations. The rooms were clean and tidy and the daily breakfast and lunch meals were delicious and kept us filled up for big days. The swim stops were beautiful. We had a great time on board the Mali Ante!

Great cruise, great places and islands visited. More customer service focus required with drinks service available on deck (not just order at bar) and free tea and coffee all day. Some water sport equipment ie paddle boards masks & snorkels would have been great.
