Starting April 2010 to October 2010
 
Based in Croatia this is a live-onboard role on our boats.

You will have a strong leadership background through your experience in previous guiding roles. You will be responsible for customer relations onboard our Navigator boats (21-35s).

You will be working as a team of cruise managers and our captains/crews to resolve issues and make our customer experience as enjoyable as possible.

You will be responsible for representing Sail Croatia at the very face of the business: Welcoming customers from when they first come onboard, resolving any problems they encounter on their journey, assisting with injuries and accidents, maintaining health and safety onboard, ensuring the standard and quality of the product are exceeding customer expectations and reporting to head office.

Key Requirements:
- Tour Leader Experience
- Highly Organised
- Excellent Communication, Verbal & Written
- Proficient in M/Office programs.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience. Start at £9k per annum plus accommodation, breakfast/lunch onboard and performance bonus.

Positions to be confirmed in Jan/Feb in order to comply with pre season visa and permit regulations for Croatia which Sail Croatia will provide. Preference will be given to UK/NZ/AUS/CA Passport holders due to the nature of these visa applications.

Role starts in April and runs to October.
