Croatia sailing breaks will give travellers the opportunity to visit Rab this summer as the island hosts one
of its most popular annual festivals. The event, which is known locally as Rabska Fjera, will be held from July 25th to 27th. Taking place for the eighth time this year, the festival will get underway with an opening ceremony that people on Croatia sailing holidays will be able to attend at St Christopher's Square. Over the course of the weekend, there will be medieval craft fairs, processions and even a crossbow shooting tournament held on the island of Rab. The festival will be brought to an impressive end with a midnight fireworks display on July 27th, which will be followed by music and entertainment until the early hours. People considering Croatia sailing holidays can opt for a Traditional cruise to visit Rab, following an itinerary that also takes in Krk, Cres and other destinations. ![]() |
